Complete all sections of the admission form with accurate details.
Attach recent coloured 6 photographs and clearly mention your Date of Birth on the bottom of each photo.
Once completed, submit the form along with the brochure to the Admission Office for verification.
Please note: The admission fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in any case, so review your details before submission
