
Without proper uniform students are not allowed to enter the institute premises.
Strict discipline is to be followed on campus at all times. Non-compliance with institutional rules will result in disciplinary actions, which may include suspension or dismissal.
Wearing of ornaments is strictly banned in the institute premises.
Use of mobile phones and other audio/video devices is strictly banned on campus. Any such devices found in possession will be confiscated and not returned.
Any student found misbehaving in the institution with anybody shall be liable to punishment.
Students shall remain regular and punctual. Late comers will not be allowed to enter the institute genuine reason/s.
All trainees must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance in both theory and practical sessions to be eligible to appear for the annual examinations. Failure to meet this requirement will result in disqualification from the examination.
A student is required to apply for a leave when he/she is not in a position to attend the institute.
Any student who remains absent for seven days consecutively or a total of twelve days in a month without genuine reason/s shall be barred from appearing in the final exams.
Students are not allowed to leave the institution during working hours without seeking proper permission.
Students will have to keep valid I. Cards with them in the institute.
The students shall have to be obedient, polite and honest-have to take due care of institutel property and avoid writing on walls.
The students shall ensure clean and green campus.
The institution has a library; students are allowed to borrow two books at a time which must be returned within twenty days, failing which a delay fine of Rs. 10 per day will be charged.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to stay involved in their ward’s academic journey. They should monitor their progress, behaviour, and discipline. Meetings with faculty or the Principal may be arranged periodically or whenever deemed necessary by the institution.
Trainees are expected to demonstrate consistent academic commitment, participate actively in all learning activities, and utilize the resources and opportunities provided for their intellectual and personal development.
Admissions are subject to verification of original documents. If any document is found to be falsified or tampered with, the admission will be immediately cancelled, and appropriate legal action may be initiated.
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited and is considered a criminal offense. Any trainee found guilty will face immediate expulsion, and the reason will be recorded in the Transfer Certificate.
The institute will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, fires) or unforeseen events beyond the control of the management.
